Hello, I am Emma.


I am passionate about crafting strategies that combine creativity and business, to help companies stand out - while always striving to incorporate sustainable and design-driven thinking in everything I do. With a background in Media & Communication, I’m currently pursuing a Master in Management at ESCP Business School, to sharpen my consulting and business skills.


Originally from Munich, I acquired my Bachelor in Vienna, then started my Master journey in Paris and will soon make my way to Berlin. I am excited to explore new opportunities - especially interested in everything connected to entrepreneurship and innovation.


I’ve worked on advertising campaigns, digital transformation projects, and branding strategies. I also gained some consulting experience through university, exploring how AI can be leveraged for sustainable business innovation. Whether crafting compelling brand narratives, driving innovation, or building sustainable solutions, I love pushing boundaries and collaborating with people who challenge the status quo. Never felt at home at a 9 to 5 job.

LVMH FRAGRANCE BRANDS

As part of my Advanced Management course in Corporate Entrepreneurship, I collaborated with Givenchy (LVMH Fragrance Brands) on a strategic innovation project aimed at unlocking new value in the luxury fragrance market.

Applying design thinking, effectuation and lean startup principles we tackled the challenge of designing emotionally resonant brand experiences for a new generation of consumers.

At the intersection of creativity, strategy, and innovation, we developed an experiential activation concept grounded in consumer insights, brand positioning, and long-term market trends—balancing entrepreneurial thinking with corporate constraints.

This project offered first-hand experience in navigating the complexity of driving innovation within a global organization, aligning bold ideas with operational and brand realities.

Our focus is on sustainability: we’re developing a research-based assessment tool to measure the environmental impact of AI solutions, with the goal of enabling more informed and responsible decision-making within Accenture’s consulting practices.

It’s been a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between tech and strategy, and to contribute to innovation that aligns with long-term sustainability goals.
